Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Turbobitz platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Turbobitz Pvt Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

• Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@turbobitz.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy

• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. GST may apply for Singapore-based customers.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

All content, features, and functionality of the Turbobitz platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of Turbobitz Pvt Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice, or emergency maintenance without notice when required for security or stability reasons.

We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbobitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
